The Current Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis, and Risk-based Preventive Controls for Human Food regulation is intended to ensure safe manufacturing, processing, packing and holding of food products for human consumption in the United States.
Participants who successfully complete this PCQI training will receive an official FSPCA Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) certificate which is one way to fulfill the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements for a “Preventive Controls Qualified Individual” (PCQI). Participants will also gain access to one 60-minute food safety strategy session with our food safety expert as well as free food safety program digital downloads.

Freshield Food Safety, LLC offers 8-hour ServSafe® training, which is a national certification program. This class is designed for anyone working in the food service industry, including non-profit organizations.
This session will include training for becoming a Food Manager as well as proctoring of the ServSafe Food Manager exam. The exam is administered using a ServSafe exam answer sheet. All exams are graded by the National Restaurant Association and take approximately 7-10 business days to process.
