Upon completion of the Blended course, participants will receive the FSPCA “Certificate of Training.” This certificate provides evidence that the individual meets the training requirement of the “preventive controls qualified individual (PCQI).”

The following terms and conditions apply to this training:

1. A valid photo ID must be provided before the course begins to verify the identity of each course participant.

2. When purchasing this training course, students must provide their enrollment ticket proving completion of the Part 1: Online Course. You may register for Part 2 before completion of Part 1, but Part 1 must be completed before the Part 2 course is held.

3. Students who have not completed the Part 1: Online Course will not be issued an FSPCA Participant Certificate of Training, even if they have taken Part 2. You must take Part 1 and then Part 2 to receive a certificate.

3.  Course participants are only eligible for the FSPCA Participant Certificate of Training if their presence during all FSPCA modules can be confirmed by the Lead Instructor.

4.  The FSPCA Lead Instructor will have audio and visual contact (bi-directionally) throughout the entire training with all individuals attending the course.

5.  THIS COURSE IS HELD REMOTELY. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are able to access the remote training platform (Zoom) with a compatible computer and that their internet connection is sufficient.

6.  This training session will be held remotely on Zoom. All course participants must have a computer that has audio and video capability allowing for bi-directional visual contact and verbal engagement via computer audio. The participant should also ensure an adequate internet connection is available for the duration of the course.

7.  Participant attendance and engagement will be monitored and required for issuance of certificate.

8.  FINAL REMINDER: Participants will only be eligible for the FSPCA Participant Certificate of Training if they are present for all modules of the course.
