Our FSPCA lead instructor uses FDA-recognized materials in order to prepare students to be a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) in compliance with FSMA’s Preventive Controls for Human Food rule. Participants will discuss various real-life industry examples as well as learn to develop and apply risk-based preventive controls in order to implement a FSMA-compliant food safety program as required by FDA.
Upon completing this course, participants will receive an FSPCA-issued certificate in order to reflect completion of this FDA-recognized FSPCA PCQI training.
